These last days had a few of holidays and so I had the opportunity to play my first sessions of the challenge. I don't have so much data so far since I played around 5k hands so I will just talk on this update posted on the go from my phone about my feeling at the tables.
About the level of the opposition, in NL10, which is micro stakes, most of the players are obviously playing a recreative poker, I didn't feel lost and the amount of regular players is very very low. I should pass this first step very fast and grind up to NL20 where I expect to see a ratio fish/reg (just) a little smaller.
About the room, i play on Winamax, which was my main room when I was playing a lot, and I have been amazed how cool their offering is. The go fast tables are a very good concept that allows me to play loads of hands and get used to the field and limit.
I reinstalled HM2, I am using the basic stats of the HUD in game just to know the profile of my opponents since I play a lot of tables (10 to 15).
And I will make a first summary of my game on the 10k hands milestone.
So far I can say that my gameplay is far from being optimal, I have been doing some mistakes that I did consciously just to check that players had it and to confort me. These mistakes are now assimilated and will not be reproduced ever.
As you can see I started blogging in English, and I will continue so this challenge will go worldwide :D.
I am also thinking to stream on twitch some of my sessions, if it is the case I will post about it.
